We did not want to leave, recommend. There was variety of amazing meals. The staff was attentive, accommodating. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the river, the park and ride and the city centre. Besides, Bath Spa University was 3 km away from the venue.

Also, location was marvellous and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from Newbridge Park. The room was large and spotless and unique with balcony when I arrived...

the breakfast was awesome with a great selection of goodies. the location was excellent and lovely as for me, just next door to the riverside, and a lovely stroll along the canal which took about a hour.
It had too hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Great location and friendly vibes!
We had an awesome 3-night stay! The location is great, right those we want to be. The staff are super chill, especially Georgia and Bryony-totally made our vibes better! Food in the bar lounge was nice too, but it could take a little while before you get served. Still, we'd return for sure!

We had a blast hanging out by the river and visiting the local parks. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were friendly and super helpful!
We had a bit of a mix-up with the dinner menu options. We ended up settling for something less than ideal.

Charming views and attentive service
I spent one night in a Comfy Double room with lovely decor and picturesque views of the River Avon. The staff were genuinely attentive, and the quick breakfast service was a pleasant surprise even if I missed the full breakfast. The bathroom amenities could use some improvement for added comfort.
